You can apply for funding to support coaches and volunteers develop through their chosen sport. Please complete the below form and return to your Community Activation Officer:

At the CSS AGM on April 26th, the budget was set that included the continuation of our Coach Scholarship Award Scheme. We continue to offer a streamlined version of the fund, but there will be no fixed deadlines for submissions moving forward. Please see the updated guidance & application form below. The deadlines for submission over the coming period are:

SportScotland UKCC Subsidy for Coaches
sportscotland UKCC coach education funding sportscotland recognises the importance of new coaches coming into sport and the need for accessible, affordable coaching courses to be available to them. By filling out the relevant application form (individual or group) eligible applicants can access funding towards the cost of UKCC endorsed qualifications.
Applications must be made at least four weeks prior to the start of the course; retrospective applications will not be accepted.
sportscotland subsidy amounts;
• Level 1 40% of full course cost with a maximum value of £75
• Level 2 60% of full course cost with a maximum value of £350
• Level 3 and 4 a variable scale of 20%, 40% or 60% of the full course cost
